His experience covers all aspects of Commercial Property from the sale and purchase of businesses, commercial high street and industrial leases, sales and purchases, to complex development projects, agricultural and equestrian property, and commercial lending.

In his personal life Kerr is a keen photographer with the accolade of having won a couple of local and regional competitions and has had some pieces exhibited in galleries. He is also a qualified swimming official and his daughter competes at regional and national levels, so he can often be seen officiating poolside at competitions wearing his ‘whites’ and getting soaked.
