Andrea is an Equity Partner at the firm and leads the Business Services division, overseeing teams specialising in Corporate Services, Commercial Property, Employment, and Intellectual Property Rights.

Her particular area of expertise is in mergers, acquisitions, and disposals. However, Andrea’s corporate practice is wide-ranging, including shareholder agreements, share schemes, company restructures, joint ventures, and corporate compliance and advisory services. She advises a broad spectrum of clients, from owner-managed businesses to large national and international companies, as well as individuals. Andrea prides herself on delivering a client-centric, commercially flexible approach with a focus on tailored, results-driven solutions.

In addition to her legal practice, Andrea serves on the board of directors for Northampton Town Centre Limited, where she helps implement the business plan and strategic objectives for the Northampton Town Centre Business Improvement District.

Outside of work, Andrea is passionate about fitness and endurance challenges. She has completed an Ironman and multiple marathons, often fundraising for charities close to her heart. She aims to complete the Abbott World Marathon Majors.
