Rebecca is a Trainee Solicitor in the Employment department at Franklins Solicitors.

Rebecca completed her law degree at the University of Sheffield and joined Franklins in October 2024 as a Private Client Paralegal, before taking time out to complete her LLM and the SQE. She returned to Franklins in September 2026 to begin her training contract with the Employment team.

Outside of work, Rebecca is often out running or horse riding and also enjoys travelling, volunteering in hospitals and supporting women in law initiatives.

Areas of work include:

• advising on employment contracts;
• negotiating Settlement Agreements on behalf of employees and employers;
• employment advisory enquiries; and
• assisting with the management of redundancies.
