<p>Georgia is a Solicitor who brings a robust foundation and practical experience in employment law. She qualified as a Solicitor in September 2024 (non-practicing) and obtained her Practising Certificate in January 2025, following the completion of her training contract at a previous law firm.</p>



<p>Prior to joining Franklins, Georgia also gained valuable experience working as an HR Coordinator at a city law firm. This role provided her with a unique perspective on the everyday challenges faced by employers and HR professionals, which she now brings to her work at Franklins.</p>



<p>Georgia works closely with our Head of Employment, Sara Marshall, and the wider Employment team, acting for both employers and employees on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Georgia helps her clients navigate the complexities of employment law effectively, whilst being approachable and empathetic to their personal circumstances.</p>



<p>Georgia specialises in particular in:</p>
