She joined Franklins in November 2025 and assists the Residential Property team on sale and purchase matters. She enjoys developing her legal knowledge as part of a supportive team.

Ben Mitchell

Ben started his career within the property industry in 2002 and has helped thousands of clients move home in Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire. Having worked in the south of Spain for a short while Ben returned to the UK and joined Franklins in 2018 as our New Business Manager.

Cameron Tinkler

Cameron studied law at Aston University and then later completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Hertfordshire. He completed his training contract at a regional law firm in Hertfordshire, whereby he undertook training seats in Commercial Property, Residential Property and Private Client, before qualifying in 2023.

Cameron has spent a year working as an in-house Property Solicitor for a local authority, where he was involved with matters relating to commercial leases, licences to assign, rent deposit deeds and property disposals. He was also a legal representative on the School Academy Conversion board and dealt with Deferred Payment Agreements relating to care home costs. Prior to this Cameron worked for a Residential Property law firm, whereby he assisted clients with their property purchases and sales.

Cameron takes satisfaction from helping clients achieve their desired outcomes and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.

When he’s not working, Cameron can often be found strolling with his dog Chester or catching the latest football match or Grand Prix race.

Candice Spencer

Candice Spencer is a solicitor in the New Homes/Residential property team at Franklins Solicitors.

Candice initially joined the firm many years ago and qualified as a solicitor in 2004. After a very lengthy maternity leave (some 16 years!), Candice returned to the firm in 2022.

Candice has experience in dealing with a range of residential property matters but focuses mainly on new build transactions and their related sales.

Outside of work Candice enjoys spending time with her family and spectating at her children’s many sporting events!

Emma Sinclair

Emma joined Franklins in October 2024 as Assistant Conveyancing Manager, initially assisting Sharon Grist before dealing with her own case load. Emma completed a BSc in Psychology at Roehampton University in 2009 but has been working in property since 2012. Initially working for estate agents, Emma then moved to working in Conveyancing after completing her Level 2 CILEX and has continued to study law since. During this time, she also assisted other departments, including Private Client, Family Law, Commercial Conveyancing and Spanish Law.

Emma is usually spotted with coffee in hand and, outside of work, loves to spend time with family on long dog walks, working on a craft project or practising some ballet.

Felicity McNally

Kris Raca
