Completing and Returning the Questionnaire
Once issued, the questionnaires must be accurately completed in order to avoid delays. When the details are completed, they must be returned for processing the questionnaires. After the questionnaires are received, the court will allocate the claim to the appropriate claims track so that it can be dealt with appropriately. In accordance with the details submitted in the questionnaires, the court will also reach a decision on issues such as where any hearings will take place.
