Katie became interested in a career in family law after undertaking work experience in 2017. Katie then went on to graduate from Keele University in 2021 with First Class Honours in her law degree.
Katie has been working in family law since 2021. In 2025, she passed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination and qualified as a solicitor.

Cameron studied law at Aston University and then later completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Hertfordshire. He completed his training contract at a regional law firm in Hertfordshire, whereby he undertook training seats in Commercial Property, Residential Property and Private Client, before qualifying in 2023.
Cameron has spent a year working as an in-house Property Solicitor for a local authority, where he was involved with matters relating to commercial leases, licences to assign, rent deposit deeds and property disposals. He was also a legal representative on the School Academy Conversion board and dealt with Deferred Payment Agreements relating to care home costs. Prior to this Cameron worked for a Residential Property law firm, whereby he assisted clients with their property purchases and sales.
Cameron takes satisfaction from helping clients achieve their desired outcomes and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.
When he’s not working, Cameron can often be found strolling with his dog Chester or catching the latest football match or Grand Prix race.
Marc studied his undergraduate in Law at Anglia Ruskin University, he then went on to complete his MSc in Law and the LPC while working as a conveyancer in Birmingham. Having also completed the SQE, Marc qualified in September 2024 and continued working as a residential property solicitor before making the move to corporate and commercial law.

Marc is a keen sports fan and regularly attends motorsport events and football matches.
Robyn studied at the University of Huddersfield, undertaking a masters of law and practice, combining the traditional LLB law degree and the LPC in one.
On completing her training contract at a regional firm in Northampton, she qualified as a solicitor in April 2019.
Robyn started her NQ life in corporate law at Franklins, before having her little boy and moving to a top 100 law firm in Oxford.

Outside of work, Robyn explores Switzerland’s mountains, lakes and hidden trails with her family all while plotting her next attempt at the legendary Devizes to Westminster race.
Tya studied her undergraduate in law at Oxford Brookes University and then completed her LLM in international law and governance at Durham University. Tya trained in litigation at an international law firm in Birmingham, whilst self-studying for the SQE, but subsequently moved into corporate and commercial law. Tya qualified as a solicitor in May 2025 and has continued her work in corporate law.
Tya assists with a wide range of corporate transactions, ranging from mergers and acquisitions to company restructures. Tya can also assist clients with internal company matters, such as partnership or shareholder agreements and share schemes. Tya’s clients range from small businesses to larger corporate groups, tailoring her approach to the specific needs of each client.
Outside of work, Tya is an avid foodie and loves to travel.
Georgia qualified as a Solicitor in September 2024 (non-practicing) and later obtained her Practising Certificate in January 2025 after having completed her training contract at her previous law firm. Prior to her training contract, Georgia completed her LLB Law at the University of Bristol, graduating with a 2.1 and subsequently, completed her LPC at the University of Westminster, graduating with a Distinction.
After completing her training and prior to joining Franklins, Georgia also gained experience working as an HR Coordinator at a city law firm, giving her vital insight into employment law from the perspective of HR professional within a global company.
Georgia works closely with our Head of Employment, Sara Marshall, and the rest of the Employment team acting for both employers and employees on a range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Georgia specialises in particular advising employers in respect of their employment contracts and staff handbooks, having particular regard to whether they are compliant with Section 1 Employment Rights Act 1996. Georgia understands the importance of employers complying with this requirement, particularly to allow the employer and employee understand each other’s obligations and expectations at the very start of their employment relationship and to ensure the employee is receiving key information which they are rightly entitled to.
Georgia further specialises in advising employers and employees in respect of grievance and disciplinary processes, as well as reviewing and updating such policies themselves.
Outside of work, Georgia enjoys spending her time cooking and trying out new restaurants in her local area.
Nikita is a dedicated Family Law Solicitor with extensive experience in supporting clients through legal challenges. Having qualified in 2018 after completing her law degree at the University of Reading and the Legal Practice Course at BPP University, Nikita has practised exclusively in Family Law. She has developed a particular expertise in complex children matters, including parental alienation, child arrangements disputes, and cases involving allegations of abuse.
Her work includes resolving difficult matters such as disputes over where a child should live and the amount of contact they should have with each parent. Nikita has significant experience dealing with high-conflict cases, including issues in relation to mental health, substance misuse, and other factors affecting the child’s welfare.
Her experience also covers matrimonial matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
Nikita is an experienced advocate, regularly representing clients in court to ensure their voices are heard. She is committed to providing clear, practical and compassionate legal advice to those navigating complex family situations.
Nikita understands that family issues can be emotionally difficult; she takes a personalised approach to each case and strives to achieve the best possible outcome with sensitivity and professionalism.

Inna has over three years of experience in private client. She qualified as a solicitor in July 2023 after successfully completing her training contract which consisted of seats in Medical Negligence, Court of Protection and Private Client.
After completing her undergraduate Law and Criminology degree with a 2:1 at Brighton University in 2018, Inna has also passed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in the following year of 2019. Inna deals with various private client matters which include:

As a team player, Inna engages in assisting other members of the team with various legal enquiries that arise. She enjoys meeting clients to address their concerns and place their mind at ease by taking on their matter, especially during a difficult time in their lives.
Outside of work, Inna enjoys spending time with family or socialising with friends. On other days, you will find her travelling and exploring other cultures or simply taking a nature break with a hike.
Eddie has over 5 years’ experience in Wills, Trusts, LPAs and Estate administration. After reading Classics at Oxford, he completed the GDL and the LLM LPC at the University of Law in Guildford, obtaining a Commendation in both. He qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and joined Franklins in 2024.

Outside of work, Eddie is a keen fan of F1 and motorsport generally. He is also fond of hillwalking and has even bumped into the late Queen walking her corgis near Balmoral.
Amina joined Franklins Solicitors in 2022 and is LLB qualified (2018) after studying at Hertfordshire University. She is also LPC/LLM qualified (2019). Amina has had Private Client experience for 2 years in total.
She is a specialist in Freehold and Leasehold Transactions, Compliance, AML and is comfortable meeting clients.
In her spare time she enjoys baking and spending time with family and friends. Amina also loves going out to eat and exploring different cuisines.
