When Denise originally joined the Practice as an Office Junior in 1985 she had dreams of one day standing up in Court shouting “Objection your Honour”! However she soon realised that the reality of Advocacy wasn’t much like L A Law and she quickly shifted her focus to Conveyancing. Over the years Denise’s in house training and studies with the Institute of Legal Executives have given her an enviable wealth of experience.

In 2023 Denise chose to take a slight career change and moved from residential conveyancing into the world of bespoke and commercial property. Her days can now include anything from drafting or reviewing commercial leases to arranging simple transfers of land and everything in between.

Denise feels that she provides a very pragmatic and solution driven service.

Eleanor Morgan

Eleanor Morgan is a Trainee Solicitor in the Bespoke and Commercial Property team at Franklins Solicitors. Eleanor completed her law degree at Nottingham Trent University before going on to complete the Legal Practice Course with a Master’s qualification. She joined Franklins in June 2024 and supports clients across a wide range of bespoke and commercial property matters, working closely with colleagues to help transactions progress smoothly.

Outside of work, Eleanor enjoys travelling with friends.

Eloise Page is a Paralegal within the Bespoke and Commercial Property team at Franklins Solicitors. After completing her Law degree and Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Trent University, she built her experience in Conveyancing and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2024.

Eloise joined Franklins in January and supports clients across a variety of bespoke and commercial property transactions. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and going to the gym.

Ewan Campbell is a Paralegal in the Commercial Property team at Franklins Solicitors. Ewan completed his law degree at the University of Liverpool and joined Franklins in April 2025, supporting the team across a range of commercial property matters. He works closely with our solicitors to help transactions progress smoothly and enjoys building positive relationships with clients. Ewan particularly values the opportunity to develop his legal knowledge as part of a supportive team. Outside of work, Ewan enjoys playing football, spending time with friends and travelling when he can.

Kerr Clement

Kerr has a wealth of experience in commercial property law supporting companies of all sizes in managing risk, negotiating contracts, and making confident business decisions. His practical, client focused approach ensures the client gets the appropriate advice and guidance at all times and according to their needs. His experience covers all aspects of Commercial Property from the sale and purchase of businesses, commercial high street and industrial leases, sales and purchases, to complex development projects, agricultural and equestrian property, and commercial lending.

In his personal life Kerr is a keen photographer with the accolade of having won a couple of local and regional competitions and has had some pieces exhibited in galleries. He is also a qualified swimming official and his daughter competes at regional and national levels, so he can often be seen officiating poolside at competitions wearing his ‘whites’ and getting soaked.
