Rosie completed her LLB at the University of Liverpool and went on to complete her LPC/LLM at the University of Law in 2024. She joined Franklins in 2025, having previously worked at other local practices.

Kris has worked in conveyancing for nearly 30 years. During this time he has seen many changes in the conveyancing process but has always believed that client care is of the highest priority. Every client should receive a professional and understanding service to make moving home memorable for the right reasons.

Kris’ property work focuses on New Homes and his clients include buyers with existing properties looking to move on, first time buyers and Landlords.

Outside of work Kris is a keen golfer and enjoys travelling.
