Rosie Wright TEP
I joined Franklins in 1997 after obtaining my Law Degree from the University of Wales, and am now an Associate Partner in the Private Client team. I deal with Wills, Probate matters and Trust Work, and also deal with related conveyancing issues.
My particular interest lies in lifetime wealth management and trust work and I am a full member of the highly prestigious Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), which is an organisation that represents the most experienced and senior practitioners in the field of trusts and estates. I am also a member of the Solicitors for the Elderly, which is an organisation for solicitors specialising in this area of law and ensures that I am constantly aware of the changes to legislation in this the field.
I work hard to ensure that my clients receive the best advice and service possible. My area of work naturally requires understanding, compassion and a certain level of sensitivity – as a result, I like to spend time getting to know my clients and understanding their personal circumstances before offering any advice. I often visit clients in their own home or at their business premises and clients are more than welcome to request this. Otherwise, I am happy to meet at my office in either Northampton or Milton Keynes.
Outside of practice I enjoy being actively involved in the Midlands community. I have been an Associate Lecturer with the Open University for over ten years, and am a member of the Women in Business Network in both Northampton and Wellingborough. I also enjoy spending time with my family and horse-riding.
