We act for both landlord and tenants in commercial property transactions for landlords on the granting of new leases, undertaking the drafting and negotiating of the lease documentation and any ancillary documentation such as licence for alterations and rent deposit Deeds. We also act for clients on the assignment of leases and the subletting of premises, drafting guarantee agreements, licences to assign and sublet.
We assist with the negotiation of terminating and the renewal of leases and at rent reviews and in relation to yield up provisions and dilapidations.
