Each side must provide for the other side to inspect a list of documents in their possession, these documents will usually include the original invoices and contracts. All documents you possess must be listed regardless of whether it supports your case or not however certain documents cannot be disclosed as they are privileged, for example correspondence between you and your legal representative.
