The Working Time Regulations 1998 protect certain employees in respect of the number of hours they are required to work. We are happy to provide full advice in relation to the same to include the drafting of an Agreement that will enable the employee to opt out of the maximum number of hours they are limited to work a week as set by the Regulations.
