The final stage of the Court process is to have the Court enter a Judgement against the debtor. A Judgement is a document which sets out the amount owed to you and the terms of its repayment for example, immediate repayment or payment by instalments. The Court will already have sent us a form called Request for Judgment and we can use this to ask the Court to enter Judgment. The Court will consider our request and any response that the debtor has given and then issue its Judgment. You can then move to enforcing the debt against the debtor should she not pay.
