We act for corporate lenders in connection with client's purchase of properties. Our role is to perfect the title to the property the lender will be taking a legal charge over, lender's requirements are not confined to legal charges they may also require personal guarantees to be provided by company directors. We review the title deeds to the property, raise enquiries on behalf of the lender, put in hand searches and advise the lender of any problems that might put their security at risk.
Once we in a position to report to the lender, we will then request the drawdown of funds and attend to completion of the lender's charge at Companies House, if required and the Land Registry.
