Once heads of terms have been agreed we will, if acting on a purchase obtain the draft contract and title documentation, review the restrictions concerning planning and development and restrictive covenants, put in hand searches and raise enquiries. We will review and comply with the requirements of any lender, report to you throughout, proceed to exchange contracts and complete the acquisition attending to registration at Land Registry and if required returning the title deeds to your lender.
On the sale of a property or piece of land, we will obtain your full instructions, review your title deeds, draft the agreement for sale, attend to replies to pre-contract enquiries and proceed to exchange and completion, redeeming any monies due to your lender.
